For downloading the many parts, you can get a program called jDownloader which automatically downloads all the parts for you, so you don’t have to wait.
I’m not sure if it has Mac support, but seeing as it’s Java it probably does.
For 3.1.3 , there is an error at the end during syncing with iphone…please let me know what to do….i use cydia.hackulo.us
