@janjericho123 EVERY TIME I SEE A IPHONE OWNER . I SHOUT ‘ NICE BRICK’
The screen resolution on the galaxy s is way better than the nexus one. I’m running Darks ROM 9.2 extreme on my galaxy s its fantastic its improved the phone 50% Good video thanks for posting.
@Hemorrdroidsnet it is not a google car lol
OMG. I unlocked this phone and brought it to Canada. Now it takes 3+ Minutes at a Window (even in a car) to find a lock.
@theslackergunz It’s a Google drives itself car…
@theslackergunz Quick answer, no one! lol
quck question, who is driving lol
*data, so backup first
Update your Galaxy S to the latest 2.2.1 JPX firmware in kies. Your phone will run like a dream. Use the registry patcher if you cant get the update but beware it may install as a KOR product code…so assuming your in the UK you will need to change back to XEU but this will wipe your date so backup first.
The lag issues have been fixed…Now all samsung need is the ext4 filesystem and this phone will be the powerhouse as its hardware intends.
Did you have GPS enabled in nexus on
I think the SGS GPS when u start moving it will be okay already, cause I have the same issue with my HD2 too where it moves when I am actually standing still, but once u drive off it will be acurate
GPS have to be very accurate, there are many roads that are close to each other and something like this on Galaxy S would have cause u to make a wrong turn n waste petrol
@umloginqualquer Good points. I don’t believe this to be the cause of everyone’s GPS issues though. My hands just aren’t that big…
@ShadowRayzzz i know what mean lol… at the end of the day super amoled is brighter than standard amoled. There isn’t much between the two phones, so it’s a matter of personal choice imo. i prefer super amoled and i like the look of the galaxy s..
The GPS may not be accurate enough to sense the few centimeters you shake your hands, but your hand does indeed mess up with the gps sync because you’re probably covering the gps antenna with your hand. Basically anything can attenuate a gps signal, from concrete to trees. Anything containing water will be efficient on making your gps unefficient. :)
@cheechwizzard101 That n1 brightness is on low or auto…and if its on Auto, it means theres really no need for such extreme brightness and waste of battery life…
And ‘Supper is better then non super’ isn’t really an argument :P
@ShadowRayzzz no i mean it looks dull because it doesn’t have super amoled. if you notice the galaxy s is moving all the time and looks brightert whatever angle you move it in.. super is better than non super :)
@cheechwizzard101 You mean that it looks dull because it doesn’t reflect the camera and supposedly acts as a mirror?
